Meditation Classes

Our guided meditation class requires no booking! Just come by at the scheduled times and join in. Simply wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle, and arrive a few minutes early to settle in. Classes are open to all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Click here for directions.
